Vendor Application

LIMITED SPACES ARE REMAINING FOR THE 2ND ANNUAL AVON WINTERFEST! 

Looking for the following vendors:

- ornaments of all kinds

- face painters

- small holiday gifts such as handmade blankets, children's toys, specialty crafts

- premade gift baskets such as coffees, teas, mugs, etc.

If you're interested in becoming a vendor, please use the form to provide your company name, website address (if applicable), contact person for any questions, contact's phone number and email, electrical requirements during the event and purpose for each outlet requested, and a description of your products, history - including past events as vendor, experience, and any other pertinent information you'd like to share with us. Please indicate your charitable participation components as well. We look forward to reviewing your application.
