The Avon Winterfest Hours are as follows:
December 2nd - 5:30pm - 9:30pm
December 3rd - 5:30pm - 9:30pm
General Parking will be located at 10-40 Tower Lane, Avon, CT. Shuttle Buses will be available to bring patrons to our main entrance at the corner of Ensign Dr. and Parkside Lane.
Vendor Parking will be located on Climax Heights Road for drop off only of merchandise. Please bring your signed vendor agreement with you or driver's license. You will check in at Event Headquarters and volunteers will help unload your merchandise. Please Note: You may park your vehicle temporarily on Ensign Dr./Climax heights during the check-in and unloading process. You will receive a special badge to wear during the event.
Performer Parking will be located at the corner of Ensign Dr. and Climax Heights Road in small parking lot to the left. (Follow signs for police station and it's first parking lot on left side). Please bring a valid photo ID and check in at Event Headquarters. You will receive a special badge to wear during the event.
There will be an online system to reserve your "ticket" at the event. Every patron must bring a ticket for entry or obtain one at our entrance. We will provide a "suggested donation" for an individual, student or family. Bottoms up is hosting this event and it is our biggest fundraising event. All donations will be in support of patients and families living with Crohn's Disease or ulcerative colitis and expenses associated to infusion copayments, medical supplies, maintenance medications, and more.
