Phase Important Dates Description
Phase 1 Aug. 1st – Oct. 1st Applicants apply online and register their interest in becoming a vendor. COMPLETED
Phase 2 Oct. 1st – 7th Vendor Review Committee selects qualified applicants. COMPLETED
Phase 3 Oct. 8th – 15th Applicants are selected and contacted. Terms & Conditions must be reviewed and signed. IN PROGRESS
Phase 4 Oct. 15th - Oct. 30th Vendors must pay within 15 days and receive confirmation, table/tent location, and final vendor information. IN PROGRESS
Phase 5 Nov. 1st – Event End Vendors are announced and displayed on the official Avon Winterfest Website.
